Summary: The Community Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Sports Club’s Community Team by managing attendance, coordinating leave requests, handling vendor and F&B communications, and ensuring smooth operational flow through effective reporting, documentation, and member support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and maintain daily attendance records of team members.
- Coordinate with Community Team leaders to ensure smooth team operations and communication.
- Manage leave requests, check balances, and align with department needs in coordination with HR.
- Track and report daily performance of retail vendors.
- Document penalties, service issues, and corrective actions taken against vendors.
- Handle all communication and coordination with retail vendors and internal departments.
- Prepare and circulate meeting minutes.
- Investigate member complaints related to any retail vendors and report findings and resolutions.
Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel
