Community Coordinator

Summary: The Community Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Sports Club’s Community Team by managing attendance, coordinating leave requests, handling vendor and F&B communications, and ensuring smooth operational flow through effective reporting, documentation, and member support. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collect and maintain daily attendance records of team members.  
  • Coordinate with Community Team leaders to ensure smooth team operations and communication. 
  •  Manage leave requests, check balances, and align with department needs in coordination with HR.  
  • Track and report daily performance of retail vendors.  
  • Document penalties, service issues, and corrective actions taken against vendors.  
  • Handle all communication and coordination with retail vendors and internal departments.  
  • Prepare and circulate meeting minutes.  
  • Investigate member complaints related to any retail vendors and report findings and resolutions. 

 Qualifications:  

  • Presentable with good communication skills 
  • Detail Oriented  
  • Good English Skills  
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel
