Event Planner - KIN Nursery

New Cairo, Egypt

Your mission:

We are seeking a creative and organized Event Planner to coordinate and execute engaging events for children and families at our nursery located within the club. This role requires a passion for child-focused events, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with nursery staff, club management, and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery. 

What do we expect from you: 

  • Develop and manage event concepts for children's activities, family days, holiday celebrations, educational workshops, and seasonal events within the nursery.
  • Create and adhere to event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning while maintaining high standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for services such as catering, entertainment, decorations, and event equipment.
  • Work closely with nursery staff and club management to align events with nursery programs and club standards.
  • Design and implement promotional materials for events, including invitations, social media posts, newsletters, and flyers.
  • Oversee the setup and execution of events, ensuring all activities run smoothly and safely for children and families.
  • Collect feedback from participants and nursery staff to continuously improve event quality and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all events comply with the health and safety standards for children’s activities.

    What do you need to perform your role:
  • To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:

    Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing children’s or family-focused events.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a nursery, school, or family-centered environment is a plus.
