Core Responsibilities: 

  • Front Desk Operations: 

  • Supporting daily drop-off and pick-up procedures 

  • Facilitate effective communication with parents.  

  • Parental Communication: 

  • Respond to inquiries and concerns via WhatsApp and phone calls. 

  • Classroom Support: 

  • Teach Arabic language and storytelling sessions. 

  • Cover for absent teachers as needed. 

  • Administrative Support: 

  • Assist with administrative tasks at Kin Plus and Kin Times. 

  • Manage purchases and inventory by keeping inventory up to date at all times. 

  • Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances with parents 

  • Maintain accurate records and databases. 

  • Facility Management: 

  • Monitor and ensure housekeeping and security team adherence to daily plans and assigned tasks and schedules and entering them on Jolt 

  • Manage stock requests and maintenance tasks on Odoo. 

KIN Kids: 

  • Front Desk Operations: 

  • Respond to inquiries and concerns via WhatsApp and phone calls. 

  • Facilitate effective communication with parents. 

  • Classroom Support: 

  • Teach Arabic language and storytelling sessions. 

  • Cover for absent teachers as needed. 

  • Administrative Support: 

  • Track payments and follow-up on outstanding balances. 

  • Maintain accurate records and databases. 

  • Facility Management: 

  • Oversee cleaning and security staff. 

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to daily plans and schedules. ( JOLT ) 

  • Procurement 

  • Manage stock requests and maintenance tasks on Odoo. 

  • Manage purchases and supply inventory. 

  • Content Creation: 

  • Write psychological articles for internal or external publication. 

KIN Plus & KIN Times: 

  • Assist with administrative tasks at Kin Plus and Kin Times. 

Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  2. Experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or childcare Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills. 

  3. Ability to teach and engage children in Arabic language and storytelling. 

  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 

  5. Knowledge of administrative tools such as Jolt and Odoo is a plus. 

  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. 

  7. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 

  8. Ability to handle parent inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
