Your mission:
You are responsible for ensuring the safety of members and guests in and around the pool area. This role involves monitoring activities, enforcing pool rules, and responding to emergencies swiftly and effectively.
What do we expect from you:
- Supervise swimmers and ensure a safe pool environment.
- Enforce club pool rules and regulations.
- Perform rescues and provide first aid when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool area.
- Conduct regular pool safety checks and report any hazards.
- Assist with setting up pool equipment and monitoring water quality.
What do you need to perform your role:
To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:
Education and experience:
- Physical Education graduate is preferable.
- Lifeguard certification (current and valid).
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
