Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with KODE’s vision and culture. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent across various departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and success criteria for each role.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize data and analytics to evaluate hiring performance and optimize recruitment processes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience, reflecting KODE Sports Club’s values and employer brand.
Stay updated on market trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing methods.
Mentor and support junior team members in the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-focused industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring projects with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.
Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to talent acquisition and workforce planning.
