Your mission:

Inspire and develop young basketball players through dedicated coaching and support, aligned with the KODE basketball philosophy and KODE College. Foster a positive and respectful environment while building strong relationships with players, parents, and coaching staff. Utilize innovative IT tools and commit to continuous professional development.
Your goal is to cultivate a generation of disciplined, respectful, and team-oriented athletes who embody the KODE character and are prepared to succeed both on and off the court.

What do we expect from you:  

Design and plan coaching sessions for youth basketball development.
Deliver high-quality basketball coaching sessions.
Provide feedback to players on their progress.
Work within the KODE basketball philosophy and KODE College.
Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with players, parents, and other coaching staff.
Utilize IT skills to enhance coaching sessions and provide feedback.
Adhere to and enforce safety and injury prevention protocols.
Participate in ongoing coaching education to continue professional development.
Work full-time hours, including weekends and varying schedules as needed.

What do you need to perform your role:

To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:

Education and experience:

Some basketball coaching experience in an academy setting, especially with young age groups.
Proficient in IT skills.
Desirable additional coaching education.
Desirable sports-related degree.
Strong desire to learn and develop within the KODE basketball philosophy and KODE College.
Possess KODE character, demonstrating respect, discipline, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and varying schedules as needed.
